The mandate
The mandate is the Book. It is written before capital arrives, and it is what every funder agrees to.
Allowed assets
The universe. Up to eight assets the Book may ever hold. Anything else is out of bounds.
Maximum position weight
A ceiling on any single asset as a share of the Book. Designed so a buy that lands above it fails.
Minimum cash floor
A share of the Book that always stays in cash, so the agent can never deploy everything.
Strategy profile
How the agent leans inside those bounds: momentum, balanced, contrarian or defensive.
